- Work closely with Sales on RFPs to ensure inventory availability and consistency in pricing, campaign set-up, and implementation, as well as on-time delivery and billing.

- Oversee manual reservation process of high impact ad placements and ensure best practices are being followed by all stakeholders.

- Ownership of Machinima’s use of Operative. One campaign management system from an administrative process perspective, working closely with other WBDN Ad Operations teams.

- Escalation point for all campaign management/delivery issues.

- Liaison to Business Intelligence, Integrated Marketing, Marketing, Client Solutions, and other teams across the Company.

- Overflow and high complexity campaign management.

- Manage partnership with outsourced trafficking and QA teams.

- Foster relationships with Google, 3rd Party vendors (i.e. YourBow), contractors, and internal teams to successfully leverage offerings.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- 4 years Ad Operations experience with a focus on ad trafficking and ad serving technology.

- Extensive DFP experience necessary (Preferably with GPT tags) Experience with Operative. One and FreeWheel.

- Intermediate skills in HTML, familiarity with JS, CSS, web coding concepts.

- Familiarity with third-party Ad Serving Solutions (i.e. Sizmek, DFA/DCM, Atlas) and third-party rich media providers (PointRoll, Vindico, Celtra).

- Familiarity with web inspection tools, such as Charles, Fiddler or Ghostery
