• Create company marketing materials in coordination with Marketing Manager and other concerned staff.
• Participate in client pitches and review meetings and contribute to up-selling the company’s products and services.
• Update act files between the main system and admin.
• Review incoming job requests, forward to appropriate staff and reply timely with priority to editing requests or technical support requests.
• Refine and improve the production system in developing quality products for clients.
• Supervise the update of text and content on company’s websites.
• Enforce the optimal production model and sign off on every step of the Quality Control process.
• Preserve maintenance files and time track for all clients to ensure profitability to the company on any extra billing.
• Provide a detailed weekly report to your manager.
• Report to or visit UAE head office for business presentations and pitches.

• Minimum 8 years in Advertising capacities 3 years of which in managerial positions.
• Experience in UAE is preferable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine/Liberal Arts, Graphics and Multimedia Design or related field.
• Multi-sector experience with a focus on Public Sector highly preferred Past multinational/regional agency
experience a must.
• Previous specialized training and certification is a plus.
