Key Responsibilities

The Business Development specialist will help coordinate and manage the pipeline of RFPs for the Public Affairs team. This person will work closely with account team leaders to develop RFP responses, including organizing brainstorm sessions, conducting background research, packaging content into clear and compelling proposals, customizing standard approaches and credentials for each opportunity, and working with the finance team to properly assign resource and budgets for each opportunity.
The business development specialist is expected to demonstrate strong tactical abilities and writing fundamentals, and have strong written and oral communication skills. The business development specialist will interface with all levels of staff and may have contact with staff members of the client’s organization regarding project issues.

Skills

- University degree
- 2 - 3 years relevant experience in a PR agency or Management Consultancy, demonstrated experience supporting RFPs in previous rle
- Excellent writing, proficient use of PowerPoint
