Key Responsibilities
· Responsible to get signatures for the Application Permissions Assignment Form.
· Visa Run Flight Booking on all agencies, LPO issuance Hotel booking for new joiners.
· Provide Administrative support and order office supplies, cakes for the birthday celebrants, order pantry supplies and business cards.
· Prepare Vendor form.
· Sorting of mails from Post Office.
· Back up while the receptionist is on leave.
· Assistance in HR operations as and when required
