- Reporting and Cost Control :Prepares weekly, monthly and annual management reports for the business unit (BU) or/and cost centre, to include preparation of the Profit and Loss statement, KPI reporting, variance analysis, executive commentary and monthly management pack; manage the BU or/and the cost centre within its existing budget and identify potential future efficiencies
- Commercial and Project Support: Support the decision making the process of the BU team on all projects/sales with relevant financial information, process clarification, and provide recommendations and strategic input.
- Strategic Planning: Prepares the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and strategic long-range plan, ensuring they reflect the strategies of the business and are built to include relevant input from the BU senior team.
- Process and Controls: Develop and implement policies and procedures within BU in line with Finance policies and procedures to maintain strong and robust financial controls, ensuring that all potential risk to the business is mitigated.
- Financial Information: Responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of financial data held within the BU General Ledger
- Staff Management: Manage and develop a strong finance, administration and facility coordination to support the business

- 3-4 years PQE in a large organization
- High proficiency in Excel
- BCS in accounting
