- Build strong and effective relationships with Freelancers, acting as the key point of contact for all operational services delivered by tawasol.
- Act as the conduit between the GTS and the freelancer during the licensing process
- Establish early contact with the Freelancer prior to obtaining their freelance license to ensure that their needs are fully understood and agreed.
- Ensure that the freelance application process is being followed thoroughly and that timescales and requirements are fully understood by all departments, and delivered on time.
- Build strong relationships across the departments & amongst the freelancer community.

- Proven experience of working in the operational/service-oriented organization
- Demonstrable commitment to the improvement of customer service
- 1-2 years in a customer facing role

- Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree
