Deliver the freelance programme, overseeing the freelancer agency and contributing to the Customer Service Strategy. The focus of is to act as the principal relationship point between partners, the licensing team, customer care and freelancers. They will act as an ambassador for twofour54, representing the business, particularly during the licensing process of freelancers. These first impressions will be very important to the overall relationship. He/she will also act as a point of escalation for any issues raised by Freelancers that cannot be resolved by the team. Given the high level of exposure this person will have to freelancers, he/she will have an ideal opportunity to identify and act upon areas of improvement.
