Associate Director Client Services in TRACCS UAE

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the performance of his/her team on the assigned client portfolio.
• Provide strategic consultancy to clients, regulate workflow and ensure quality control i.e. ensuring that all accounts are running to the highest standards and practices, deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.
• Must have the ability to supervise a team and should be capable of troubleshooting if required.
• Must meet with the clients regularly to monitor progress on the accounts and keep work on track.
• Must work closely with his/her team to further develop skills and expertise, and collaborate with the Senior Directors and Management of the UAE office to support the ongoing development of client servicing systems and procedures.

Skills
• At least 3 years of experience at a senior managerial position in the public relations profession, with a track
record for successfully running multiple accounts.
• The ability to develop communications strategies for clients.
• Strong verbal and written communications and research skills.
• Working knowledge of the entire new business development process, from the briefing phase to completion,
submission, and delivery.
• Mature decision making and leadership skills, a sense of diplomacy and the ability to earn the trust of his/her
staff and clients.
• The necessary temperament and expertise to work in high-pressure situations.
• The ability to supervise and lead a team of solid communications professionals and deliver a range of high-
quality services consistently to clients across multiple sectors.
