• Take the lead in providing consultative advice to clients.
• Drive growth in existing accounts via the implementation and use of best practice methodologies within their client servicing teams.
• Proactive identification of new business opportunities via staying up-to-date with new and emerging communication channels.
• Should act as mentors to their client servicing teams by leading by example, mitigating difficulties in client management, and fostering best practice development.
• The role encompasses overseeing the generation, editing and strategy-checking and integration with digital PR to a group of client accounts; the management of services delivered by suppliers; negotiating and collecting payment from
clients; and the provision of specialty services like media training and crisis management.
