Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the agency and directing the strategic efforts of a team of Account Directors and Managers.
• Responsible for operations including staff development, engagement and resource planning, as well as organisational processes and control.
• Support the delivery of new business through strategic leadership and development of pitches.
• Involved in day-to-day client account management on a strategic level.
• Formulate strategic PR plans, and recommend programmes and activities.
• Offer counsel to team members.
• Offer strategic advice to clients.
• Position the agency as a strategic communication advisor to clients.
• Supervise multiple projects and team members simultaneously.
• Understand and interpret client strategy.
• Conduct training workshops for clients.

Skills

• Degree in PR/Journalism/Communications.
• Over 10 years’ related professional experience.
