Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the HR Department in all Human Resource Related activities, reporting to the HR Manager.
• Responsibilities include general office management, maintaining office files, making appointments and setting interviews, handling office phone and email communications, scheduling department meetings, providing back
office support, processing employee requests, working on payroll and assisting with insurance documentation.
• Multitasking and prioritization skills and an excellent command of Microsoft Office as related to the job.
