- Exercises creativity in writing scripts, producing, directing and editing the final videos
- Operates and understands the engineering and technical aspects of broadcast quality video production equipment.
- Secures permits, consents, and releases to meet the legal requirements for videotaping persons and places.
- Writes, helps to produce and direct programs using the media of slides, sound, and motion pictures.

- Diploma/Degree or higher
- Cinematography or Video Production preferred
- Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, photography etc.
- A background in basic cinematography is a plus (lighting interviews, sets, etc.)
- The ability to create visual stories that are compelling and inspiring
- Shoot with DSLR cameras and traditional video cameras
- Edit and post-production expertise with Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Motion, Adobe After Effects
- Work with audio recording and post-production techniques
- Have a strong familiarity with social media platforms and the latest trends and best practices for multimedia applications
- Be energetic and positive
- Be inspired by the latest trends and best practices in successful and measurable audience engagement through multimedia projects
- Manage multiple projects successfully, working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Have excellent communication and project management skills
