• Creating accurate and informative Executive Reports, Real-time/ Daily Alerts and coded datasheets, according to the client contracted requirements and to standards set both by the client and internally.
• Categorizing those items according to client requirements, following the briefing document and your understanding of client interest.
• Monitoring social media platforms to find points of interest to the client by using the latest tools and technology provided to you by Group Operations and IT.
• Ensuring dates, names, logos, formats are all correct in the report.
• Creating attractive, informative and accurate charts and tables from analyzed content data, according to the client contracted requirements and to standards set both by the client and internally.
• Translating or summarizing social media posts in English and Arabic.
• Ensuring data integrity within the report.
• Looking out for, and reporting to the client, buzz alerts, based on spikes in interest or rising issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar one.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Excellent English and Arabic verbal and writing skills.
