Key Responsibilities

Contribution o the achievement of the company's objectives by providing professional HR support and overall direction to operational management in the areas of Human resources management.

Skills

- Minimum 7 years experience in HR, 3 of them in a managerial position, with preference ( but not exclusively ) for broad-based experience within the advertising & events industry.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Saudi labor law.
- Fluent in Arabic/English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HR information systems is a must.
- Knowledge of HR and Personnel issues, HR trends, and legislation.

Specialities

- BA/BS in Business/ Law / Finance / Industrial Psychology or a related field.
- Masters in HR is a plus
