Key Responsibilities

• Day to day management of clients’ social media campaigns.
• Develop and create social media content plans, timelines and generate ongoing ideas to achieve clients’ business objectives.
• Ensure all status reports and campaigns summaries are up to date.
• Keep up to date with developments on social media platforms and social media best practice.
• Present to clients and lead status calls.
• Develop key documentation to support the consistent management of social media communities.
• Develop social media content in Arabic and English, working with the creative team for supporting assets.
• Work with team and clients to identify appropriate social media content and messages.
• Respond to fans on social media in a timely manner in Arabic and English.
• Ensure campaigns achieve clients ROI and business objectives.
• Develop innovative out of the box ideas which help to generate awareness.
• Previous experience in Facebook advertising.
• Arabic translation and localisation of social media.
• Research and develop ways to optimize content and enhance fan experiences on social platforms.
• Utilise social media listening tools and monitor conversation in Arabic and English, producing reports with key recommendations.
• Analyse campaign and report results and make recommendations.
• Working with PR teams to ensure integration of client accounts.
• Communicating successes across the agency and sharing key learnings.
• Working with the Digital Team to grow digital and creative expertise across the agency.
• Management of agency website and social media channels.
• Research into key clients, competitors and industry trends.

Skills

• A university degree within a related field in business, marketing and communications.
• A passion for social media and digital marketing.
• A strong understanding of social media for brands and social media best practice.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to short deadlines.
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic in verbal and written.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Organised and methodical, with excellent time management skills.
• Relevant work experience.
• A willingness to learn and a commitment to keeping up to date with the latest communications technologies.
• Ability to communicate on a professional level both internally and externally.
• Familiarity with one or more social media listening platforms.
