Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the creative development from concept to final delivery for all agency clients. And lead and inspire your team of art directors, designers, and copywriters. He also develops and presents creative/pitch to the clients with the collaborate with account management and production to ensure effective development and execution.
Skills
- 5+ year experience as an art director or above in a multi-media/media production or digital interactive agency.
- Along with account executives, creative directors plan and implement budgets to ensure both quality and efficiency and establish schedules on short-term and long-term projects.
- Has responsibility for development, coaching of staff.
- Solid storytelling skills and high visual standards
- Culture and Market background.
