- Ensure coordination of all social media activities, and that customer review and comment responses are made within designated response times and are in accordance with each social media channel's engagement plan.
- Follow the pre-set Social Media guidelines in updating our different channels while ensuring proactivity on daily basis.
- Monitor on daily basis Bleems and competitors’ social media pages and websites.
- Coordinate and perform the day to day activities relating to the different social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Engage in conversations with our consumers to generate leads and content about us in the market.

- University degree.
- Passionate about social media and online trends.
- Strong ability to present ideas, concepts and workflows in a clear and engaging manner.
- Should possess creative writing and content skills.
- Good organizational and self-management skills under pressure.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
