Key Responsibilities
• Drive the digital strategy formulation that is the foundation of digital initiatives, deployed across an integrated suite of digital platforms, including web, mobile, social and online activations.
• Lead and manage a portfolio of clients and assume ultimate responsibility for maintaining strong Agency-Client relationships.
• Efficiently manage the day-to-day clients’ business, delivering on customized service level agreements and managing the accounts administrative and financial requirements.
• Contribute to the agency business development drive by participating in the development and delivery of RFP submissions.
• Spearhead the insight generation activity that should inform the digital strategy, and develop data-driven digital solutions designed to generate engagement and conversion.
• Ensure the effective delivery of creative, measurable and memorable output solutions.

Skills
• 6+ years experience in digital assets management across web, mobile and digital marketing.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong verbal/written skills.
• Planning capability in identifying target audience insights and devising digital strategies and campaigns that
engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing web/mobile sites and user funnels, including stakeholders mapping and persona
builds.
• Sound technical knowledge of frontend and backend web technologies as well as native mobile applications
that enables the effective identification and internalization of digital solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing namely across E-mail Marketing and innovative digital activations
and fulfillment.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Native Arabic speaker with strong verbal/written skills.
