Key Responsibilities

• Undertake Reception duties, answering general telephone and face to face inquiries and signing in visitors.
• Provide general clerical/admin support e.g. photocopying, filing, complete standard forms.
• Dealing with e-mail and forwarding relevant e-mails as necessary
• Assist in maintenance of management information systems, computerize records and information.
• Managing Management Calendar & Book meetings when required
• Prepare Tender documents & forms
• Handling the company registration on the government entities
• Produce lists/information/data as required by Sales Team
• Undertake word-processing and other IT-based tasks
• Undertake routine administrative procedures
• Assist in the smooth and effective running of the Front of House on a day to day basis.
• Support general administration when necessary.
• Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required.
• Prepare proposals / presentations / meeting itineraries

Skills

– English & Arabic proficiency is a must.
– High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
– Having Qatar Driving License is an advantage.

Specialities

– Efficient in writing skills in both English and Arabic.
– Advanced Microsoft user / preferably Mac
– Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience in administrative and clerical support
