- Ownership of the consolidated project plans, actions, risks and issues for all the projects within your portfolio
- Ownership of projects budgets, scope, resourcing, tracking and documentation
- Ownership of the client relationship and expectations with regards to their current program of projects and their roadmap
- Manage 3rd party relationships, identify and mitigate risks associated accordingly.
- Devise and validate suitable delivery strategies with Head of Delivery
- Build and provide leadership to cross-functional project teams
- Proactively collaborate with the project management team excellence

- Strong Project Management background working within e-commerce or retail, at least 5 years experience
- Extensive experience of delivering Magento projects.
- Strong client facing experience with the ability to manage important business stakeholders and their expectations - excellent presentation and business acumen required
- Proven experience delivering software development and integration programmes with the ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
- Good experience engaging and managing 3rd parties and vendors
- Highly proficient in project management tools (i.e. MS Project or equivalent), certification not required but a plus.
- Technical background: able to hold a technical conversation and manage the development and QA team expectation
- Experience in using various project management methodologies
- Comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone and tailor your approach to the needs of the project while maintaining the delivery standards and principle set by the company
- Ability to stay calm and focused while working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to mentor others to improve the overall caliber of project management in the company
