- Manage the scope and design of Magento centric e-commerce projects, working with clients and prospects to align technology solutions with their business strategies.
- Create technical specification documents containing use cases and diagrams used as a reference by our development teams for building the solution, our QA teams for writing functional tests and our support team prior to launch.
- Support the sales team with product demos, responses to RFPs and project timeline estimation for selected enterprise prospects.
- Based on the non-functional requirements, work with the DevOps team to help guide and assist with implementation of the environments architecture.
- Convert e-commerce business requirements to Magento native functionality to reduce the need for customizations.
- Facilitate the knowledge transfer of Magento concepts and e-commerce industry trends with the internal Redbox team.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during the complete lifecycle of a project and generally with the rest of the business.
- Assist with hiring by carrying out technical interviews.
- Manage relationships with 3 party vendors that offer integrations with Magento; to ensure architectural and strategic fit.
- Lead and/or contribute to strategic technology projects set out by the CTO.

- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Broad functional experience with the Magento M1 & M2 Enterprise platform
- Magento Cloud experience is beneficial
- Magento Commerce Order Management (MCOM) experience is beneficial
- Experience writing User Stories and Use Cases to document requirements and other UML diagrams
- Magento Developer background, preferably certified
- Experience with following technologies: APIs & Microservices, ERP, CRM, OMS, Cloud Computing
- Good understanding of the various components of the Magento Enterprise technology stack: LEMP, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Experience with the following project methodologies and tools: Agile, Scrum, JIRA
- Strong experience with integrating Magento with 3rd party systems
- Magento Solution Specialist Certified
