Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for growing their account by building innovative and bespoke solutions designed to increase the ‘stickiness’ of the relationship and set Criteo apart from our competitors. KAM own the relationship building of the clients and its overall ecosystem (agency, consulting firms, 3rd party tech vendors, etc.) and engage at the highest level.
- Be able to accurately forecast the existing business and new product opportunities. Analyse data trends and client performance to be able to put together business cases for clients to demonstrate the value of a more integrated setup. Or, internal business cases for new product development
- KAMs are experts on their client's businesses and design/execute strategic account plans that are distributed to the overall account v-team. KAM customers should feel that their dedicated account team is an extension of their marketing team. All recommendations should be rooted in the strategy of the customer's business needs
- Work closely with the KAM community to share best practices and learnings. Use the community effectively to overcome issues and identify common areas where we have needs from the business. Utilise connections with GAS and AS/Commercial - Directors to get needs raised with Products
- Identify risks with KAM clients and proactively implement joint business plans in place with the client to address any areas of weakness and capitalize on growth opportunities. Also, use this document as a way to open up additional opportunities with our customers
- Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Product Marketing, Product, GAS, CSI and other functions to optimize our client efforts
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services for Criteo, identifying winning strategies and scaling the insights throughout the vertical

Skills

- Substantial and demonstrable experience in digital marketing with specific experience of managing up to C-Suite clients
- 10+ years in industry with exceptional knowledge of the industry and relevant global markets
- Profound knowledge of and passion for media/advertising/marketing in general and deep understanding of the different kinds of the ecosystem
- Excellent product knowledge, with an ability to translate this expertise into client-friendly language
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking capability
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with an ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
- Excellent track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
- Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
- An ability to create compelling presentations, using persuasive storytelling to demonstrate our value to the client
- Experience of coordinating or managing virtual teams would be highly desirable
