- The IT Manager- Executive Support will directly support the CEO & chairman in all IT related matters.
- Expertise in Family office business applications and solutions.
- Recommend & implement latest technology solutions to automate and improve support and business operations.
- Directs technological solution by studying the present business issue and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure smooth change over from the old system to the new systems.
- Responsible for all vendor management which includes ordering IT equipment and supplies, managing and monitoring service levels, and addressing unsatisfactory vendor services.
- Proactively identify problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements.
- Manage the IT environment and liaise with external partners & internal IT department to fulfill requirements.
- Keeping management updated on progress.

- Strong Knowledge of IT systems used in family office
- Innovative and hands-on in troubleshooting IT operational issues
- Understanding of project management and the skills needed to forecast and plan ahead
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English. Effective interpersonal communication style particularly with Board members, executives, and senior level staff
