Key Responsibilities

- Respond to media requests in a timely manner
- Build and cultivate relationships with media and influencers
- Support Manager to implement communications plans to secure profile raising opportunities and coverage
- Draft and distribute press releases
- Assist in the creation of event proposals and event coordination
- Assist showroom management team with sample related requests for allocated clients
- Support the PR Manager with planning, developing, and implementing communication strategies.

Skills

- Positive and proactive, can-do attitude with co-workers and clients
- Must lead by example with excellent written and verbal communication skills and acute attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Experience in working with multiple luxury brands
- Strong computer skills
