Key Responsibilities
• Create, build and sustain long-term relationships with all relevant media.
• Manage Media Partners to ensure all elements of the agreement are fulfilled.
• Create an exhibition/event PR campaign, driving engagement coverage with traditional and non-traditional press contacts.
• Manage development of content for social media and digital marketing through research and planning, including content for newsletters, e-blasts, website copy and blogs.
• Provide monthly content calendar on a monthly, themed basis to ensure all outgoing content remains relevant and timely.
• Develop content for digital marketing strategies and campaigns as requested by marketing.
• Work with exhibitors/speakers/sponsors to secure content for use in publications and show promotion and to contribute to ROI.
• Write and produce press releases, Q & A’s and copy with influencing content.
• Write and produce all PR material for hand-outs packs and presentations.
• Serve as liaison with clients, media, and partners to ensure proper communication.
• Lead spokespeople in all markets where the exhibition is appearing and when necessary serve as event spokesperson.
• Monitor review and report all PR activity and results by event.
