Key Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day account work confidently and competently.
• Understand basic principles of direct marketing, offer targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Learn the client business, prepare client deliverables and become a brand expert and trusted client advisor.
• Demonstrate familiarity with online marketing channels such as email marketing and overall best practices.
• Should Lead and perform community management.
• Manage creative development & review process.
• Must understand appropriate research techniques for strategy, creative, and media needs.
• Establish core relationships with junior clients.
• Work effectively with team members, to implement assignments on budget and on deadline, balancing priorities.
• Adequately represent client interests to team.
• Must Co-ordinate social media projects and campaigns with various stakeholders.
• Understand the implications of business strategy on project decisions.
• Must know when to escalate potential problems.
• Evaluate creative work and provides feedback for revisions.
• Oversees the content creation process and manage junior editors.
• Responsible for maintaining consistency, readability and accuracy.

Skills
• At least 5 years experience in creating content for the Web.
• Strong writing skills in English.
• Should have Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in creating content for travel sector would be desired.
