Community Manager - Social Media in Centric

Key Responsibilities
Must be bi-lingual (Arabic + English)
Must be super active on Social Media and lead by example (Influencer is better)
Must have previous working experience of Digital Agencies as a community manager
Demonstrate knowledge of social media and stay abreast of the latest social media practices to be able to provide thought leadership to clients
Provide day-to-day solutions to assigned client brands, including but not limited to, undertaking online research, developing content, customer relationship management and enhancing user experience across multiple social media platforms, generating insightful reports on social media activity using specific social analytic tools, client servicing, conceptualizing and executing social media campaigns that aim at achieving the client objectives, and leading client strategy meetings
Launch social media promotions and monitor social communities including, but not limited to, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
Develop social media calendars and plans that includes content scheduling and campaign deliverable timelines
Monitor key metrics across the social media channels and leverage the insights to provide growth opportunities to the clients
Collaborate with cross-channel digital platforms to recommend an integrated digital media strategy with a strategic focus on social media
