Key Responsibilities
• Should be well versed in Social Media best practice and latest trends, understanding how this fits in to the wider Web, Mobile, Search, Marketing, Campaign, Competitive and Consumer Analytics.
• Experience of sentiment analysis that goes beyond a data dump and provides insightful learnings.
• Develop and moderate the communities through innovative and relevant content and actions that are more engaging than broadcast.
• Able to adopt a pro-active, re-active or planned approach depending on the opportunities or requirements.
• Experience of covering live events coverage from both a creation, activation and monitoring perspective.
• Ability to manage team members and liaise with other team leaders across the business daily.
• Enjoy working closely with creative teams, producers and photographers.

• 6+ years experience in Social Media.
• Has a can-do pro-active attitude and the mindset of creating new content every day.
• Experience in Social analytics and listening tools.
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to interact with and manage clients proactively.
• Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems and multi-task in a high energy
• Be familiar with non-digital marketing channels and how they intersect with the digital world.
• Understand usability, digital best practices and online consumer behavior.
• Automotive experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills including strong presentation and client servicing.
• Arabic language essential.
• Should be able to handle client communications/engagements independently.
