• Record material for content using professional video cameras and still cameras.
• Lead the content development, messaging approach and final delivery of bite-sized social assets: videos (short and long format), still images, GIFs, stop motion, cinemagraphs, 360 videos and more.
• Provide drafts throughout the process for feedback internally and manage through client amends.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest content, social, digital and industry trends to feed into existing briefs and proactively share ideas with the Creative Director and Client Servicing team.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, creative team and client services to understand the brands in order to gather and propose ideas and topics for video and images.
• Set up in-house and external shoots including lighting, sound and other technical details.

• Requires confidence, initiative, ambition and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent storytelling and concepting skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics will be a plus.
• Experience in multimedia storytelling (visual and video) on different social platforms.
• A natural interest and flare for social media, as well as an understanding of best-practices and how to
maximize reach and engagement with our audience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and evolving environment where teamwork is of utmost importance.
• A proficient understanding of video, sound, camera, lights and software used to produce video and audio.
• Pro-active and excited to mould this role into what our clients want and need.
