• Collaborate with team leads to plan and facilitate workshops, map outputs, and contribute to scoping of projects and programmes of work.
• Create and interpret analysis to support strategic recommendations to clients.
• Work alongside user interface designers and developers to create rich user interfaces that deliver against challenging requirements and enable a heightened UX.
• Work with the client-facing leads to scope, estimate and plan projects.
• Manage the user experience definition on all Sitecore-related projects.
• Must work with team leads and client partners to develop new sales proposals.
• Support the Head of UI in growing the team and a high standard of output.
