You will be responsible for defining the Brand’s social media strategy in order to promote Brand image and ultimately generate digital and in-store traffic. You will also responsible for managing the relationship with internal stakeholders (Marketing, PR & Communication) and external stakeholders (suppliers, influencers, etc.).



What you'll be doing:

Strategical:

Develop the Social Media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
Formulate and communicate the team performance objectives and continuously monitor progress and alignment towards strategic objectives

Set a clear crisis management strategy for all social media platforms in protection of the Brand image



Managerial:

Develop the policies, procedures, guidelines and tone of voice in adherence to Brand tone of voice
Oversee the operations of the team, provide expertise, encourage teamwork and facilitate related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and staff pride in contribution

Monitor the yearly budget of the team and control expenditure to ensure optimal use



Operational:

Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as google analytics
Lead the creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns

Benchmark best practices in Social Media and keep abreast of latest technologies and content delivery techniques

Interpret the direction of strategy/planning and creative leads to team

Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram

Plan content and delivery and use tools like hootsuite and asana to manage multiple social media channels

Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand

Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively

Liaise with Marketing teams for online marketing campaigns

Create and maintain Content Calendars, post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar

Liase with internal/external suppliers on video making, graphic design and content development

Monitor social media performance through web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and generate weekly and month performance reports

Ensure team reactivity in comments and complaints resolution on all social media platforms

Consolidate and report on user generated comments and posts about the Brand

Escalate user generated content, where appropriate

Work with the social media groups on unified campaigns

Build a network of social media influencers



Team Management:

Assign individual objectives for employee performance management purposes, manage performance, empower staff, and provide formal and informal feedback in order to support professional development and maximize performance

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
