• Partner with senior stakeholders and sit on the BU management team to provide input on financial and non-financial matters.
• Oversee and manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the BU.
• Act as a bridge between the operations and the transactional finance teams.
• Provide early warning/proactive analysis on project profitability.
• Managing business performance against agreed targets.
• Ensuring new business projects and revisions of scope are approved and signed in a timely manner.
• Liaising with Vendors to ensure the best terms are achieved for the business.
• Provide insight and analysis as required to deliver above-average EBITDA growth for the business.
• To ensure the business is conducted in accordance with GAAP and to the level of integrity required by international groups.
• Provide pricing, cost and margin analysis on BD opportunities as well as effective modelling for client pitches.
• Ensuring that all new contracts are approved/started in a timely manner.
• Work closely with business leaders to priorities cost/investment decisions.
• Providing commentary to FP&A and management teams on business performance - noting key variances and exceptions.

• Minimum 3 years working experience in PR agency, Media or Digital engagement services as Business Partner,
Financial Controller or Operational manager level.
• MBA / BBA from recognized University or Professional Qualification (CIMA, CA, ACCA or Equivalent).
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
