• Responsible for overseeing key retained client projects, as well as ad hoc project work.
• Managing the complete project lifecycle, the Senior PM will be adept in Agile methodologies, utilising Agile tools for maximum efficiency, high quality and cost-effectiveness for every work stream you and your project team undertake. There is
still some call for a more Waterfall approach to project delivery, but utilising features of Agile such as daily stand-ups, JIRA, etc, always is expected.
• Must be adaptable and flexible, with experience of a variety of web builds, from strategy, UX, through to front and backend build. Omni-channel experience is a must.
• The ability to identify CI opportunities, and to develop business growth alongside our Business Development team is a very much part of the role.

• Core focus on project management of complex websites project life-cycle.
• Running Agile methodologies using PM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets.
• End-to-end project life-cycle of website development (immersion, experience strategy, IA, prototyping, design,
development & QA, support & maintenance).
• CRM experience, preferably Sitecore and/or Umbraco.
• Client facing - running meetings/status/workshops and guiding meetings to ensure objectives are met, strong
client communications are a must.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Sensitivity to usability and design.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues.
