Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for running the eCommerce platform in terms of net sales, profits and annual growth.
• Define and oversee the execution of an e-commerce strategy.
• Lead the forecasting, demand planning, online customer service and logistics aspects of the websites.
• Strong relationship building skills with third parties i.e. distributor and online retailer.
• Running an e-commerce website.
• Understanding of online technologies involved in e-commerce, online marketing, and digital consumer understanding.
