Role

The Digital Project Manager will be the single point of contact between business and IT. They will be supporting clients through complex digital transformations, including everything from management of web development projects, mobile app builds, digital marketing programs, CMS & CRM integrations and other digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with leads to accurately compile an estimate for an agreed scope of work.
• Successfully deliver projects with high quality project deliverables, on-time, and on-budget.
• Structure an estimate according to most appropriate model and effectively communicate to the client.
• Set up and facilitate both internal and client post-project review and share learning with relevant parties.
• Tailor and communicate an appropriate project structure by methodology.

• 5+ years experience in digital project management for web and mobile builds. Preferably from agency
background working across industries such as Banking, Insurance or Retail.
• Requirement Gathering and BA skills.
• Sitecore experience.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong client facing experience.
