We are looking for an equally forward-thinking creative director with a strong digital and social media background to lead our creative team. You will need to be fearless in your pursuit of great storytelling and able to understand and deliver relevant, engaging content across the multiple communication platforms. You will lead the creative team in conceptualizing and directing digital campaigns that excite clients and elevate their brands, but will also have an understanding of how ideas translate across the more traditional channels. In addition to inspiring the team’s creativity and helping deliver on commercial goals, the role will also involve building and evolving the skills of the creative team.

• 8 – 10 years experience in delivering integrated campaigns.
• Proven team management skills with experience in handling direct reports.
• An accomplished presenter, experienced in presenting to and dealing with client’s senior management.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to understand and articulate brand positioning and messaging across multiple platforms.
• A conceptual thinker, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to do exceptional work.
