• Prepares Contract after the receipt of booking orders.
• Follow up for the contracts from the client.
• Provide installation report to the client.
• Prepares Sales Report, Proposals.
• Monitors campaign (request pictures/campaign proof)
• Mainly coordinates with Internal departments:
o Sales – for the campaigns, and follow up artworks.
o Production – for the installation and removal of campaign visuals.
o Creative – for the artworks received and demo visuals.
o Accounting – for the confirmed bookings and Sales Report.
