SapientRazorfish is looking for a Senior Project Manager, with experience in all phases of large-scale, high profile and complex SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation programmes, to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align them with solution functionality.
• Undertake project scoping, requirements gathering, and project planning activities.
• Manage projects and lead teams ensuring project methods, approaches, and controls are adhered to
• Act as an ambassador to Sapient whilst working with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment whilst also identifying and scoping new opportunities.
• Support testing, training and change management work streams.
• Collaborate with management, clients, art directors, other project & ops managers, UX architects, web producers and other internal service providers.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle to deliver projects to time and budget.
• Improve the operational metrics, business case development & performance measurements.
• Provide support to the interface work-stream so as to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.

• Previously involved with at least one implementation with the SAP SuccessFactors and have good HCM
process knowledge.
• Hands-on experience participating in software implementation projects as part of the implementation teams.
• High experience in performing a highly client facing role.
• Strong team player with proven achievement in contributing to a team-oriented environment) and team
leadership skills. A natural ability to manage relationships, issues, risks, escalations and good communications
is essential for this role.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to speak/write English at a native/fluent level and (desirably) have the ability to speak/write in
Arabic.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Clear and demonstrable leadership experience.
• Would preferably come from a management consultancy background.
