Key Responsibilities

Job Function:


Overall: Using our CMS be responsible for editing content, day-to-day updating and overall upkeep of the assigned ARN websites; to ensure that all content is proof-read, technically is uploaded on schedule every day, is in keeping with ARN standards, brand guidelines and editorial direction; and to help manage the team in a way that promotes and supports ongoing development and improvement.


Key Responsibilities:



1.Be 100% proactive. Take full responsibility for the assigned websites.
2.Ensure every page, every link on the assigned websites all work. Never ever any broken links or pages.
3.Ensure the websites are Search Engine Optimized (SEO) at all times.
4.Ensure content on the home page is dynamic as possible.
5.Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Programming for content opportunities.
6.Analyze and provide monthly report on traffic patterns, and user metrics as well as improvement initiatives.
7.Be aware of the religious sensitivities of the Middle East and ensuring that the websites do not cause offence.8.Identify and assess opportunities, prioritizing those opportunities with internal stakeholders and external partners.


Key Performance Indicators:


1.Project management and coordinate efforts between the creative team, content editors, programming team, marketing and brand managers of all stations.
2.Digital sales coordination (handling requests and deliverables to and from sales)
3.Develop processes and best practices which include project planning, and resource projections for application design, development, implementation and testing across smartphones, tablet devices, smartTV and Facebook.
4.Oversee search engine, web, and app related analytics information across all devices and platforms.
5.Digital product quality control and monitoring.
6.Systems Architecture for all multi-platform app
7.Work plans and coordinate the efforts of the creative team, Programming team, marketing and brand managers of all Stations. Coordination (Micro Managing) of day to day activities with development, design and content team.8.Ensure the integrated elements of digital projects come together on time and meet deadlines.




The person must have a deep and through technical understanding of ARN, Radio and the Internet. This person should understand radio as a medium and should know its technical nuances to be able to suitably integrate our online deliverables across our multi-platform with our on-air product.

1.Bachelors Degree
2.6-8 years min experience in a similar role in Radio
