Receptionist - Arabic Speaking in Arab Media Group

Key Responsibilities
Handling guests inquiries and all incoming and outgoing calls, and performing related administrative works (mail, meeting rooms’ reservations, Ect).
Job Scope
Internally: AMG Staff.Externally: Guests, visitors, Clients and customers.
Key Accountabilities
Attending Work Shifts allocated for each receptionist.
Switchboard management
Reception management
Office management- attendance; room booking.
Inventory of office supplies
Scheduling maintenance; cleaners etc.
Company Courier management etc; Business card management
Pick up and deliver the mail and control collection & distribution/ maintain updated reports.
Keeps the supervisor/Manager informed about any breach or important issues.
Maintain Call Quality and Call Handling Techniques as specified by the Line Manager. Maintain professionalism in attitude and guidance when dealing with Internal/ External Clients.
Greeting for opening/ closing Phone Call etiquettes. This includes welcome Greetings, and closing phrase compliments. Greetings for Guests/ VIPs and acquiring information about their needs; handling their queries in courteous and professional manner.
During Working hours, more than 95% of incoming calls should be handled. Any other additional duties assigned by the manager.
