Audience Development Producer

$89K - $97K p.a. (pro rata) + choice of 15.4% super
Location Negotiable - Australia Wide
Contract Vacancy for Approximately 10 Months
Be part of a new project creating digital journalism that builds connections and makes a difference to people’s lives.
This project will deliver digital content covering: health, wellbeing and fitness; work and career; personal finance and consumer rights; pets; home and family; sex and relationships; food and cooking; gardening; travel and adventure; fashion and personal grooming; and creativity and meaning.
About The Role
Facebook and other social media will be second-nature to you—you’ll know what gets people’s attention and why.
You Will Also
Identify audience opportunities, helping us get the right content to the most relevant people online.
Track and analyse the performance of our content.
Synthesise data in ways that shape editorial decisions.
Support a working environment that encourages feedback, skills sharing and service-oriented storytelling.

Skills

You Will Have
About You
Experience crafting and overseeing social and distribution strategies.
Experience analysing and presenting a range of metrics relating to reach and engagement.
Knowledge and understanding of audience data and trends on digital platforms.
Proven organisational and time management skills.
Proven communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent editorial judgement and a passion for tapping into what matters in people’s lives.
