Digital Marketing Specialist in AYM Commerce

Key Responsibilities
The role will be working with AYM based in Dubai for the Danube Project in Saudi -
Danube is a luxury brand supermarket owned and operated by BinDawood Holdings, a Saudi Arabian supermarket and hyper- market group. Since its inception over 50 years ago, BinDawood has grown from a small trading business to one of the leading retailers in Saudi Arabia.
The Danube App which is hosted on Danube.sa is an e-commerce platform the MENA region’s biggest online grocery and shopping application. The technology behind the Danube App has been developed by AYM.
Danube Online is the e-Commerce sector of the business fulfilling orders placed online or via mobile app from within stores across the region for either Store Pickup or Home Delivery.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for new users’ acquisition through paid channels like Search, Social, Display Network
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Influence decisions like budget allocation, new channels utilization, upscaling/downscaling etc based on analytics data
- Build audience for acquisition and remarketing campaigns
- Build strategy & launch campaigns to drive repetitive orders through CRM channels like Push, in-app message and email
- Set up marketing automation campaigns
- Use customer analytics tools to create tailored messages
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new growth strategies.
- Provide inputs to creatives team based on performance
- A/B testing on creatives
- Set up marketing automation campaigns
- Evaluate emerging technologies
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned with the approval of his/her direct manager.

Skills
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role specific to mobile applications
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- 3 or more years of experience
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing and creation
- Good interpersonal and team working skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- 3 or more years of experience
