brandmonsters is looking for a creative Bilingual (Arabic/English) Social Media Manager to join its dynamic team based in Dubai, below are the highlights

Job Summary:

You should come from an agency background, you would be handling both the company as well as the clients.

You will be working with our account managers to consult and manage marketing and social media campaigns. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts as well as advertising and marketing brandmonsters and its clients on social media and digital platforms.

you should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Job Duties:

Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google +, Snapchat and Instagram
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share original and high-quality engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Collaborate with the creative, marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Content management
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Cultivation of leads and sales
Create a regular publishing schedule/ calendar.
Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Write engaging blog posts and articles

Skills

2+ years of work experience as a digital marketing and/or social media executive or similar role in a creative agency.
Female preferred.
Bilingual Arabic and English speaking.
A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
Excellent knowledge in social media and digital platforms advertising guidelines
Excellent copywriting skills (English and Arabic)
Ability to deliver creative content
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite and Asana to manage multiple social media channels
Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to deliver on deadlines.
