Senior Account Executive in CARMA - UAE

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of the client relationship including commercial management of client accounts/enquiries. And you will be reporting to an Account Manager.
Your primary duties will include, but not limited to:
Adapt and develop Client Service skills to company standards,
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in the day to day management of client accounts,
Follow internal procedures and understand company’s product/service portfolios,
Conduct day to day duties in the maintaining and growth of the client base,
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs,
Maintain high clients’ satisfaction ratings that meet company standards and ensure excellent client retention rates in cooperation with manager,
Manage the new clients’ contracts process, ensuring to adhere fully to company contracts,
Schedule briefings on regular basis with your line manager on account status’s updates.

Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or any relevant field.
Minimum Experience:
1 to 2 years’ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on clients’ needs.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
Experience in the Public Relations Industry is preferable,
Proven ability to manage multiple clients’ accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail,
Good listening, verbal and written communication skills,
Fast Leaner & Good organizational skills,
Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office and others computer languages,
Ability to handle work under pressure,
Preferably Arabic Speaker.
