We're a startup digital agency looking to hire a young, in-the-know social media geek that will help our existing clients excel in their digital content offerrings. You will be the main lead handling client relations as well as strategy and content development. You will have an Account Exec. to boss around and help you out with crazy deadlines. You'll also be part of pitches to new clients.

Our existing clientelle are across B2B and B2C sectors, within various industries, so an overall experience will help you. Some of our clients have Arabic social media accounts so an Arabic speaker would be great but it won't be a deciding factor.

Create social media content and help your Exec. create content for clients, including blog posts
Social strategy development and planning - think about how to better client's social presence, what can we do that's new and exciting and how can we make them stand out from their competition
You'll be the lead on accounts you manage so you'll need to deal with client's on a daily basis. Past client relation experience would be great!
Create monthly reports using Hootsuite or your choice of software for all clients

1-3 years of agency experience handling multiple social media clients
Great English language skills obviously. Arabic would be great
Social Media Advertising know-how would be a BIG plus
Team player
Well-versed with all social networks, news surrounding social media and a good idea of the present state and future of digital marketing
