Key Responsibilities

EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A DIGITAL AGENCY IN DUBAI IS A MUST



Must have UAE experience of 4-6 years working in a Digital Agency with immense contacts in the market. Involved in fortune 200/500 companies digital and social pitches and have achieved YOY growth for the company.



FOCUS:



Resident expert in all digital products offered by DMS including mobile apps, websites, SEO, SEM, and SMO also display and mobile ad positions, pre-roll video, social media, podcasting and in-stream ads
Act as primary liaison with all market selected third-party vendors (e.g. email and ad targeting vendors) for sending and fulfilling orders, RFP’s
Train and coach the team on digital advertising tactics and products – as well as work with vendors to fulfill client needs
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute digital packages and solutions
The measure, grow and exceed digital sales and market share goals
Assist in the preparation, creation, and execution of compelling presentations to clients
Analyze and provide necessary sales reports, market analysis and identify growth opportunities for digital assets


RESPONSIBILITIES:



Achieving revenue goals while increasing revenue with existing clients, and recruiting new ones.
Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
Proactively identifies new revenue opportunities and drives account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Drafting creative business proposals in collaboration with the different support functions in order to best meet client’s needs.
Hones and delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale.
Owns extensive client communication, strategic planning, and troubleshooting account complications to promote client satisfaction.
Creates value and differentiates our services and products from competitors.
Drives contract negotiations for new and existing business regarding new sales, account growth and contract renewals as appropriate.
Owns closest-to-the-pin revenue forecasting and ensures the accuracy of sales entries.
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.

Skills

Ability to develop, demonstrate and present to clients/prospects all the digital products offered with right sales strategies
Demonstrate knowledge of selling digital products and applications, including; SEO/SEM, mobile, social media, reputation management, targeted ads (geo-fenced, behavioral) and how they work in tandem with client assets
Creative thinker and problem solver
Highly organized with the ability to support multiple clients at the same time
Skilled in oral/written communications with the ability to articulate ideas and guidance concisely and professionally.
Comfortable presenting to a diversified array of prospects/clients


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or closely related field and (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of at least (5) years combined relevant training and experience.
