Key Responsibilities
Objective of the Role:
To ensure the overall smooth functionality of the agency accounts through servicing clients efficiently, promptly and creatively.
Duties and Responsibilities
Professionally, efficiently and communicate with clients and handle their brand from a strategic perspective, taking the lead on steering the account
Understand the client needs and work a strategy that will help satisfy brand objectives and achieve the KPIs.
Manage Content Calendars for clients based on the communication pillars of the approved strategy proposed.
Drive client strategy across your portfolio of accounts and advise customers on how to achieve their business goals in the most effective manner by utilizing their various social media platforms most efficiently
Take responsibility for growing revenue as well as the day to day management of these accounts
Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side managers and maintain frequent contact with any other third party agencies used by each client
To specifically identify, propose, upsell and implement new projects and campaigns to meet and exceed each customer’s ROI and service expectations and to maximise revenue
Actively propose and help implement new and innovative strategies to meet and exceed the department’s overall revenue and profit targets
Work closely with the technical delivery teams in delivering an outstanding service to retain and grow all client accounts
Proactively advise clients about digital marketing landscape developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements
Maintain regular contact with customers and provide timely and efficient responses to all customer queries
Understand the features and benefits of all the agency’s products and services to successfully promote these to clients
Maintain a strong understanding of all things digital, including SEO, Social Media, Digital Creative, eMail, Website, Mobile, Content etc

Skills
Qualifications & Skill Sets Required:
At least 2-4 years’ experience in account manager role
Bachelor’s degree qualification or similar
Excellent understanding of the regional market
Previous experience of managing account executives
Experience in managing multiple digital projects at one time
Expertise in SEO/PPC strategy and hands on implementation experience
Expertise in managing social media accounts
Understanding how digital services can be provided to prospective clients
At least 2-4 years’ experience in account manager role
