Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations:
• Provide an effective employee relations service to all staff.
• Maintain the personal files of all staff.
• Ensure the implementation of company policies with regard to employee resignations/terminations.
• Provides support to line managers / HOD's on interpretation and application of employee relations and related policies and procedures.
• Responds to and coordinates resolution of policy-related enquiries emanating from departments / staff.
• Provides assistance, advice and guidance to employees on a need basis / request from line manager / HOD's.
• Develops and maintains employee relations data bases and tracking systems; collects and analyzes employee relations data.
• Oversees and coordinates day-to-day HR transactions.
• Participates in the development and implementation of department operating policies and procedures.
• Assist in all matters related to staff benefits.
• Assist the Sr. HR Manager (Training & Development) to re-organize, support and develop the department to match the rapid growth of the company and subsequent staff training.

Skills
A level or diploma in the relevant field or equivalent qualification with specialization in Human Resources Management. Completed all necessary professional/ operational training at advance level
