JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the implementation and execution of projects (Events)
This position if for Spaces (partner of Elan Group)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Budget:

Monitors the budget for all project items. This includes determining the amount of each project expense along with the Event Manager.
Coordinate all the activities that belong to the project.
Recieve and evaluate project proposals and make final decisions about the ones that will be carried out.
Implementation:

Ensure all the team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks, including materials, trained personnel and allocated budget.
Offer continous assistance and advice to Event Manager
Implement strategic lines defined by Event Manager.
Internal/ External Coordination:

Relationships with third parties, Suppliers, Partners, Associations to execute phases, processes and actions derived from different areements.
Support and follow up actions with other areas and departments linked to the project
People:

Contribute towards people development initiatives within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of Experience within Events, Exhibitions and Project Management
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Events Management or similar discipline
Project management, process development and policy creation
Experience in local market is a must
