Reporting to: HR Manager
Position based in Ras El Khaimah


Electra is currently looking for an experienced HR Assistant for our office based in Ras al Khaimah. If you are passionate about HR with a focus on moving the organization forward this role is for you!

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Assistant is responsible for processing HR duties in an efficient and timely manner. Able to work autonomously, the ideal candidate must follow and ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies and procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

PAYROLL:

Collect and compile all the worker’s timesheets
Prepare leave settlements and EOS
Process worker’s payroll
HR ADMINISTRATION:

Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government, including but not limited to Visit visas, employment or residence visas, labor permits etc.
Manage periodical employee details checks (such as PP/Visa/Emirates id etc.)
Draft Offer letter and employment contract following the HR manager instructions
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Manage the air ticket request for booking
Uniforms management: order and delivery
Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding processes
Perform disciplinary action when required in compliance with the company disciplinary policy and following the HR manager guidance
Process documents (enrolment & cancellation) required by health insurance for eligible employees
Manage the process of the internal medical scheme
HR PROJECTS:

Provide local support on on-going HR Projects (Performance management, learning &development, recruitment etc.)
